According to rule "Report spam or trolls", you can ban that annoying fat troll forever. You can also check his existence in EVERY thread in /unyl/ (tripcode and Ran from Touhou). We can vote for his ban if you want.
If you have a problem with someone being particularly obnoxious, click the report button. I've just enabled it in /unyl/.
I keep track of things like this. If enough different people report a post -- and it's obviously warranted -- I nuke it. If enough posts by the same person get nuked, they're banned.

Few monts before /unyl/ turns into bunch of kids banned from the Ichan.ru. And they may only speak how Iichan.ru is terrible and how bad his admin. They consider theyself as "opposition against Mod-chan", even they planning to DDoS all ruchans. Naturally, they don't want to hear another opinion. Not only my but namefag's called "Безграмотный дурак". They consider that I am troll. But it is not that. And now they making tens of stupid threads about me offending me. I don't know why really.

Well, actually some banners are sort of pun on iichan.ru, but nothing really offensive. And they were doing exactly the same at iichan.ru for some time already, in fact the whole "opposition" thing came from iichan.ru.
What we do sometimes is discussing silly bans, which we can't do at iichan.ru's board intended for that as it's admin is deleting even the most harmless threads and not willing to communicate.
