No, it's a stylized 酉 (tori) which means bird. In this case it's short for 酉年 (toridoshi) which means Year of the Cock (or Rooster, but that doesn't sound as funny). The picture is in other words a New Year's greeting for 2005. I can't remember the site, which is hardly surprising since Properties tells me I downloaded it in March this year. Finally, if anybody wonders who the girl is, it's Ru from ToHeart2. Alien greeting, if you know what I mean.
