>>2356Of course Anime fans care about dubs - purists may prefer the subs and the most dedicated may even learn Japanese, but fans know the majority of viewers watch the dubs and the future of good anime being exported from Japan may live and die on the quality of the dubs. As someone who has seen a very good dub (Oh My Goddess - Animeigo) and a very dire dub (Cardcaptors - Nelvana spit) I care about the difference.

I heard some of the ADV dub and I thought it was horrible. I doubt bandai can do much worse, and I like the subtitle only releases as well although I won't be buying them and neither will anyone else, but I definitely prefer this model of business.
