Myself, I try to get 1-2 hours drawn everyday, but that really depends of how I feel. There might be days I dont draw at all, and days I draw for several hours.

If you wanna improve, I wouldn't recommend not drawing anything for more than 4 days at once. At least for me, cause I tend to begin to slip backwards after that long.
