Ok, this isn't all bad. You did do some good things here. You have potential, you should just work on anatomy. Nix the fancy perspectives and start with the basics. Try this website to pick up some early tips:

And remember kids, anime/manga isn't the best art style in the world. Try drawing in the style you're most comfortable with first. you'll have a much bigger payoff in the end.
