Hey! Did you know that I'm dirt-poor? If you appreciate this website, feel free to send along some cash!
Konata is so cute. So I printed this blank grid onto a piece of paper, and then overlayed the grid onto this picture of Konata.
And now I have copied the picture using pen and paper.
Perhaps this is a little creepy.
your lines..You need to bot screw it like that
>>6276What do you mean?
OH YEAH MAN BRING IT ON
>>6279OH MAN yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
wtf is this
Your drawing is er, never mind however, im kinda interested on the 'grid line',what the purpose of that?
>>6282The grid increases the accuracy of the copy - making sure things are drawn in the exact right places. Copying small segments of the picture at a time is easier than copying the whole at once.
>>6287In other words, it's a shortcut to making a copy if you don't care about your integrity as an artist. That's fine though, it's just animu, not like it's fine art.Cut out the pieces along the lines and make it a puzzle, OP.

>>6289Just as fine musicians have used metronomes. There's nothing shameful about using a grid in and of itself.
>>6289 "fine" artists? Doubtfully to copy other peoples original work I'm sure...>>6290 no, but this is fucking useless. op won't learn shit from this.. shit. But I guess if that's not the point, what does it matter?however, it sort of makes me wonder what the point of this is? op obviously already have the original picture? Why make an exact copy of it, especially in a way that teaches you the absolute minimum about drawing? ..useless
>>6303I only did it for fun. No need to get so harsh about it.
>>6303While I disagree with the use of the grid, personally, drawing from reference is the most basic skill for any artist. You can't expect to get anywhere if you can't do this, and anyone who claims otherwise is merely pontificating on their own stupidity. And as OP said, why does it matter anyway when it's clearly just for fun?

>>6304I did it for fun too>>6305The grid is as close as you can get to downright copying without actually tracing. If you're out to learn something, you might as well draw stick figures...Anyway what does it matter? Thing is; it doesn't! ...and I can just rave on about it anyway! Is there even a point? No one gives a shit, fukken great rite? Beauty of the internet, I love it
