The OVA had exceptional quality, though then again, it has the budget to match. Miyuki in a more tanned colour :P

I think that the movie designs are probably my favourite, along with the Ah! My Goddess movie designs too, seeing as they came out more or less the same time (within a year i believe, YUA movie was either '99 or '01)

Any anime girl is guaranteed to look fantastic in a Cheongsam, And Miyuki & Natsumi are Fusion Reactor hotness wearing such. Even more so with them in high heels too.

I'm sure I'm the last person to realize this, but there seems to be some serious inconsistencies with Miyuki's eye color--blue in the OVAS, brown in the movie, and then almost bright purple in FT. Meanwhile, Natsumi's eyes switch from brown to a slight green. And then very green for the TV series. It must be an inside joke--all the girls wear contact lenses.

They really need to get work on that consistency, yeah. FT seems to have taken more liberties than usual, however.

I'm not saying that the designs were "bad" for the second season as much as I disliked the fact of how they went with a softer, more "cute" look to things. The harder visual edge of the OVAs and such were long gone, replaced with very clean, colorful digital animation.

Can someone here also explain the varying designs of the "special" episodes? They seem to switch designs, and even animation methods (in some cases) mid-episode. Some appear to be traditional cel-based animation while others ooze of early digital animation.

Among other things, not only do some of the designs switch styles, but a number of them also include the pale skin and such that people have noted about Full Throttle.

I understand that they're all supposed to be one-shots, some of which based on Fujishima's original comic, but couldn't they just pick a design and stick with it?

Can someone explain to me the exact appeal of the tickle stuff? I'm not shooting it down it or anything, but... people who enjoy the pictures, what do you see from them?

Well basically it's the same appeal as torture, a lite form of S&M that can incorporate bondage but is non-lethal, but still just as if not moreso degrading and humiliating to the victim, intense tickling can be used as a sexual torture and over long periods can cause orgasms, involuntary loss of control over the bladder, breaking the will and forcing the victim into submission, and yes it actually is possible to tickle someone to death.

While I'll agree with what most of what Player 0 said in 6185, I for one enjoy tickling much more for the cute factor. Here's an AMG scenario for you...imagine your K1, and you actually have some stones to touch Belldandy...skitter your fingers over her sides and ribs and listen to the results. That for one is what I enjoy about it, is getting to imagine the kind of melodious laughter that would come out of any Goddess mouth if tickled, much like how Peorth was during the Goddess competition.

I for one do enjoy the kind of kinky side of it, restraints and tying people up with that kind of jazz, but overall I enjoy it for fun, and really I think that's how tickling should be more times than not.

And I thought MY jokes were bad...

Obviously, I'm in no position to criticize the artist, given that I can't draw worth a crap, but I also did a little bit of photoshop, both to darken the skin gradually (but sufficiently) and to make her hair more silver/white.
